Aiport transfer to town: Daily Charge + Vat
Extra Charge: fuel/lubricants at $1.00 per km
Lunch allowance: $8.00 if the driver works during lunch time
Night Driving Allowance: $25.00 after 24 hrs
Transport Levy: $20.00 for hires before 07.00 hrs and after 19.00 hrs per Trip
Overtime”: $2.50 per hour Mon – Fri before 08:00hrs and after 17.00 hrs
Sat – before 08.00 hrs and after 12 hrs
Sun/Public Holidays – all day
Fuel is at clients expense. Car received with full tank must be returned full .
Alternatively, fuel is charged at $1.00 per km (K2,000)

Insurance: All vehicles are fully comprehensively insured
Temporary medical insurance can be arranged on request.
Airport drop off and pick up within Lusaka: K350,000 for a Saloon and k550,000 for 4x4s per trip, inclusive of fuel /lubricants and drivers.
26 SEATER BUS K850,000 PER TRIP.
Payments can be done through cash or visa.
Deposits of 75% to 100%
